Narrative
Kevin Lacy, the State Traffic Engineer for NCDOT, will update the MPO Board on legislation since 2017 that affects the jurisdictional requirements for road improvements adjacent to school sites. Bill Judge will provide examples of the changes in responsibilities for road improvements near school sites since that legislation was passed.
