Narrative
Per the TC's by-laws, the TC must elect officers at its first meeting of the calendar year. The current Chair, Nishith Trivedi of Orange County, is eligible to serve one more year as Chair. The current Vice Chair, Ellen Beckmann of the City of Durham, may also serve one more year as Vice Chair. Both have indicated interest in continuing to serve in their respective positions. No additional nominations were submitted to staff.
