Triangle Strategic Tolling Study - Final Report - Public Hearing (10 minutes)

Narrative
The MPO Board released the final report of the Triangle Strategic Tolling Study in August and conducted a public hearing in September. The Board is scheduled to approve the final report at their October meeting. At the September meeting, the Board expressed a desire to create and add a statement of principles to the front of the final toll study that would be based on comments from the Board and the public, and on a letter that the MPO Board previously sent to the NCDOT Division 5 Engineer. A draft of the statement of principles is attached, which has received input from staff, the Technical Committee (TC) and Board Chairman Seils.
