STBGDA Call for Projects for FY19 and FY20 (15 minutes)

Narrative
DCHC MPO issued a call for projects using the local discretionary portion of FY2019 and FY2020 STBGDA funds on September 26, 2018. The deadline has been extended to December 3, 2018. A form for submission of those projects is attached.
The amount of funding available to each jurisdiction after programming of the UPWP is also attached.
In addition, due to two obligations made in FY18, NCDOT has made available to the DCHC MPO an additional $1.195M in STBG-Any Area funds for swap for STBGDA funds, which allows for an additional $1.195M of STBGDA funds to be disbursed within the MPO. Attached is a memo from LPA staff that presents several options for use of these funds for TC review and input.

TC Action: Jurisdictions wishing to utilize their FY19 and FY20 STBGDA local allocation should submit their projects by December 3, 2018. Provide direction to staff on programming of additional STBGDA funds.
