Narrative
On February 14, 2018, the DCHC MPO Board approved the Local Input Points Methodology, and LPA staff submitted that Methodology to the NCDOT Review Committee. On February 23, 2018, the NCDOT Review Committee submitted its comments to DCHC MPO staff. LPA staff has edited the Methodology to reflect those comments; a marked and a clean copy are attached for your review. An adopted version must be submitted to NCDOT by April 1 in order to be able to apply local points in SPOT 5.0.
The vast majority of the comments received from the NCDOT Review Committee were either for clarification or stylistic purposes. The NCDOT Review Committee had no concerns with the substantive aspects of the Methodology. LPA staff had no concerns with addressing any of the comments.
Recommendation
TC Action: Recommended approval of the revised Local Input Points Methodology.
