Narrative
The North Carolina Board of Transportation is scheduled to vote on the recommendations of the SPOT Workgroup regarding the framework for the development of the FY2024-2033 STIP with the cancellation of SPOT 6. The attached memo and presentation slides provide an update on those recommendations and a timeline for the development of the next STIP.
