Narrative
Per the TC bylaws, officers are to be elected every year at the first meeting of the calendar year. Officers may serve up to two consecutive terms in their respective positions. Ellen
Beckmann is completing her second year as Chair and Nishith Trivedi is completing his second year as Vice Chair.
At the December 21, 2022 TC meeting, nominations were requested to be submitted to MPO staff by January 14, 2022. Only two nominations were received: Nishith Trivedi for Chair and Ellen Beckmann for Vice Chair.

TC Action: Hold officer elections for 2023.
