Narrative
Federal Regulations require DCHC MPO to develop performance measures and targets for transit assets and State of Good Repair (SGR). Accordingly, the MPO has developed targets for transit assets for the categories; equipment rolling stocks and facilities. These measures and targets are presented in the attachments.

TC Recommendation: Approve SGR initial performance targets.
