Narrative
The DCHC MPO's standard practice is to have items brought before the Technical Committee (TC) for review and comment prior to submission to the Board for consideration. In order to ensure that MPO staff have sufficient time to include materials in the agenda packets prior to distribution, the attached schedule has been created for distribution the MPO's partner agencies. Items and materials that are not provided to MPO staff by the deadlines shown will not be included in future agendas unless under extenuating circumstances.
