Doug Plachcinski will present the details of the Lead Planning Agency (LPA) Agreement between the Durham-Chapel Hill-Carrboro Metropolitan Planning Organization (DCHC MPO) and the Central Pines Regional Council (formerly Triangle J Council of Governments).  The LPA Agreement is attached as information.
