Narrative
This is the first proposed amendment to the FY2016-2025 TIP. Draft amendment #1 adds two new projects, cancels two projects, and makes changes to eight existing projects in the TIP. The new projects, project cancellations, and the changes to the existing projects are described in detail in the attachments to this agenda item. On February 10, 2016, the DCHC MPO Board released draft amendment #1 to the TIP for public review and comment. The draft amendment has been posted to the DCHC MPO website, the DCHC MPO database, and announcements were run in the Herald Sun and the Triangle Tribune on Sunday, February 21, 2016. The draft amendment has been circulated once via the DCHC MPO's email distribution listserv and will be circulated again.
Recommendation
TC Action: Reviewed proposed TIP amendment #1, provided comments, and recommended that the DCHC MPO Board hold a public hearing for the proposed amendment.
