2045 MTP -- Learning Scenario (10 minutes)

Narrative
The Technical Committee will discuss the next steps in using the Community Visualization land use model and the Triangle Regional Model to create a Learning Scenario. This scenario will mostly use moderate socioeconomic guide totals and transportation networks to create output data that can be used to educate the Technical Committee and MPO Board on interpreting data and scenario assumptions. Staff plan to present a Learning Scenario at the joint DCHC MPO and CAMPO Board/TAC meeting on November 30th. See the attached "12 Steps to the 2040 MTP" (schedule).
Recommendation
TC Action: Discuss the status and next steps in the 2040 MTP development process, including the Learning Scenario.
