FY 24-25 Durham and Orange Transit Agreements

Narrative
The recently adopted Durham and Orange Transit Plans and governance systems require universal agreements for operating and capital projects. The project agreements establish responsibilities and reporting metrics. The MPO must participate in these agreements if the MPO is the direct recipient of transit plan funding for specific work we perform like Staff Working Group Participation. The MPO must also join an agreement if the work is carried out by a different entity and uses federal funding or is a regionally significant project.

Board Action: Authorize the Executive Director of the MPO Board to execute appropriate Durham and Orange County Transit Plan project agreements.
