Narrative
MPO Staff requested the Technical Committee recommend the MPO Policy Board release proposed CTP Amendment #5 for public involvement according to the MPO’s Public Involvement Program at their November 14, 2022 meeting. The Technical Committee made that recommendation, however subsequent staff discussion and follow up with affected member jurisdictions showed the request was premature. We recommend the MPO Board remand the recommendation back to the TC until each member jurisdiction with projects affected by the proposed amendment has a reasonable opportunity to review the project problem statements. MPO Staff is diligently working on completing the draft problem statements.
