Narrative
Per Article IV Section 2 of the TC bylaws, officers are to be elected every year at the first meeting of the calendar year. Officers may serve up to two consecutive terms in their respective positions. Nish Trivedi is completing his first year as the Chair and Ellen Beckmann is completing her first year as Vice Chair.
At the October 25, 2023 TC Meeting, the board recommended Nish Trivedi as Chair for a second term and Ellen Beckmann as Vice Chair for a second term. The elections period has closed and the installation will take place at the Tuesday, January 09, 2024 TC meeting.
