Narrative
On December 1, 2020, the boards for the DCHC MPO and CAMPO held a joint meeting to discuss policy priorities and initiatives. Topics covered include:
- Update on federal transportation outlook from congressman David Price
- Presentation of state legislative and transportation concerns from Beau Mills of the North Carolina League of Municipalities and Kevin Leonard of the North Carolina Association of County Commissioners
- Discussion of policy priorities, including:
- Invest for Success
- Active Transportation Investments
- Support for TDM and Technology Investements
This item is an opportunity for the DCHC MPO Board to discuss these items before a more concrete set of policy guidance is brought before the Board for its consideration.
