Questions Regarding NCDOT's Complete Streets Policy and Implementation Guide (10 minutes)

Narrative
On August 29, 2019, MPOs across North Carolina were provided NCDOT's new Complete Streets Policy and Implementation Guide. The Complete Streets Policy has the support of the N.C. Board of Transportation, and the Implementation Guide provides comprehensive guidance for incorporating a complete streets approach into NCDOT’s planning, programming, design, and maintenance processes.
Hanna Cockburn, Director of the NCDOT Integrated Mobility Division, will be present at the November 2019 MPO Board meeting to answer questions about these documents. Ms. Cockburn has requested that as many questions as possible be sent to her in advance. Attached is a draft list of questions to be sent to Ms. Cockburn.
