Amendment #11 to the FY2018-2027 TIP (5 minutes)

Narrative
Amendment #11 to the FY2018-2027 TIP consists of two projects in Durham that were released for a 21-day public comment period due to the addition of more than $1M in each project. They are:
- EB-5703, LaSalle Street Sidewalks
- EB-5715, Duke Street Sidewalks
The closing date for public comments is March 27, 2019.
Also included in the amendment are several projects from NCDOT, including a number of new statewide projects from the Public Transit Division. One request that NCDOT made was to move CMAQ funding for C-5183B, Alston Avenue Sidewalks, from FY19 to FY20. Staff recommends not including that project in the amendment pending further discussions with NCDOT and City of Durham staff regarding the funding of that particular project.
