Narrative
Katharine Eggleston, Chief Development Officer for GoTriangle, will present an update of the most recent feasibility study for the Greater Triangle Commuter Rail (GTCR) project. A memo and presentation slides are attached.
GoTriangle also requests that the MPO Board approve an extension to the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) that was agreed to by all parties in early 2020 governing the parameters of the study. The MOU amendment for the extension is attached.
Recommendation
TC Action: Recommended on a 14-2 vote that the MPO Board approve an extension to the GTCR MOU.
