Narrative
FY22 UPWP Amendment #2 proposes to move $200,000 from various task codes to provide additional needed funding for the US-70 Durham project. It also proposes to de-obligate $200,000 in available STBG-DA funding in the FY22 UPWP to become available for programming in other funding opportunities such as the Call for Projects.
All funds being re-allocated and/or de-obligated are programmed in the LPA's budget and will not affect local discretionary funds available to MPO jurisdictions.
